that sure was an eye-catching description, wasn't it?
alright, so my Aunt Tara was over my house and i had to go shoe shopping. [i think this was because the day this happened, i was at the mall with my friend and she was looking for shoes for her mom] so my aunt was like "oh, i'll take you!"
then, the dream switches to this parking garage. i'm on the ground floor. it's dark and my aunt isn't there. there's a bunch of people sitting around and they say "no cars in here!" so i go to the next floor, but it's the same thing. so i go "daddy!" and all of a sudden, my dad is there, and he's like "oh, the car's up here." so i'm like "..okay." because he wasn't there before and my aunt's car only fits two people. so then, i go up there, and the roof is leaking!
so then, i'm walking down my street. i live in a duplex which we own. when walking down the street, you see the side that i don't live in first. so that side is where i saw a police car pull into the driveway. so not my driveway. ya. so then, the dream switches to my nephew talking to this police officer, and the police officer wants to take Alex (my nephew) away! and Alex is all like "no, i've been doing better!" i guess the police officer had been acting like a therapist to Alex or something. so then, Alex runs out of the house, out of the back door, and leaps over this fence that's in my back yard. then, he runs onto the porch that's on the house next to be, jumps on this little ledge roof above their porch, then on to their actual roof. from there, he runs across their roof onto my roof and he's just sitting up there.
by now, i'm RUNNING down the street. i finally get there. and i'm calling 911, outside, on my corded phone where the keypad isn't on the actual receiver. so i keep trying to dial, but i keep dialing 991. over and over. 991. 991. finally, i get through and the conversation goes..
her: 911, how can i help you?
me: my nephew's on the roof!
me: my nephew! he's on the roof!
her: is this a real call?
then, the roof SETS ON FIRE. i scream
me: KIMBERLEY [my sister]! GET ALYSSA AND KAYLA [my nieces] OUT OF THE HOUSE! NOW!
Kimberley: what? i'm going to the bathroom!
me: GET THEM THE FUCK OUT OF THE HOUSE.
Kimberley: fine, fine. just hold on. God.
back on the phone with the 911 lady.
me: YES, THIS IS A REAL FUCKING CALL. SEND FIREMEN AND POLICE. THE ROOF IS ON FIRE.
her: well, i don't think this is a real call, so i'm going to hang up now.
ya. it was pretty darn scary.
